In the latest issue of Surfer (March 2009):

A two page write up on one of the two former owners of Reef and his impressive collection of classic and unique boards. One of which is the “For Love Not Money” board that Mike Walker built for the ASR Tradeshow and Reefs Shape For Charity event.

The board was hand shaped, the entire bottom of the board is laminated in over $150 in real 1,5,10 dollar bills and then Mike hand painted a wave mural on the deck, including the words “For Love Not Money”. The board was the second highest bid item of the day and all proceeds went to benefit the Childrens Hospital in San Diego.
